Heart & Mind Circle

Heart & Mind Circle is an evidence-informed, 6 week Group Coaching experience designed specifically for cancer and chronic illness survivors. These sessions provide a safe, nurturing space for connection, shared growth, and community, helping participants restore balance, prevent burnout, and move from surviving to thriving.

Each session begins with focused presentations on key topics, followed by guided reflection, group discussion, and supportive practices to help you gain clarity, make sense of your experiences, and take practical steps toward rebuilding your health and well-being.

  • Managing stress and fear

Living Well Series

The Living Well Series is a reflective group coaching experience for anyone seeking clarity, direction, and personal growth – whether navigating illness, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself.

Each week, sessions focus on a small, meaningful topic—such as nutrition, movement, sleep, social connection, and other foundational wellness practices—while leaving ample space for guided reflection, discussion, and worksheets. Participants are supported in exploring what matters most to them, uncovering answers within, and creating practical steps to move forward in their lives.

This supportive space fosters self-discovery, connection, and tools that can be applied beyond the sessions, helping participants take intentional steps toward living well and feeling more empowered.
