If you are navigating a health challenge—like cancer, diabetes, autoimmune disease or menopause, you might feel like life has been turned upside down. I remember that feeling—the fear, the pause, the sense that the future is suddenly unclear.
But there is a way forward. A health crisis doesn’t take away your right to dream or your ability to choose, heal or grow. Even in the darkest moments, you can still carry a spark. Sometimes you just need help seeing it. As a Mayo Clinic–Certified Wellness Coach and someone who has been there, let’s find your next brave step together.

My coaching is rooted in compassion and the belief that you hold the strength for meaningful change. I take a holistic, whole-person approach—supporting body and mind through personalized care across some of these core pillars.

I am a believer that food is medicine. Good nutrition is foundational to healing and well-being. By choosing whole, nutrient-dense foods, we nourish the body, support the immune system, and prevent and manage illness. But nutrition is more than just what’s on your plate—it’s about fostering a positive and balanced relationship with food that nurtures both body and mind.

Movement is a powerful healing tool. Regular activity boosts immunity, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and lifts mood. Whether it’s gentle stretching or more dynamic exercise, movement supports both physical and emotional well-being. It’s about finding enjoyable, sustainable ways to move that restore energy and support healing.

Mindfulness helps us stay present and steady through the ups and downs of illness. By observing thoughts and emotions with compassion, we reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and foster inner calm. Finding grounding practices that connect us to our inner strength is key.
